On Cyber Monday, current Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers can upgrade their individual plan to a family plan (up to six accounts) free for two months. The cost is an additional $5 per month – that would make the monthly cost $12.99 for a Prime member (Family plan subscribers would pay $19.99) and $14.99 for non-Prime members. (Note: this is a more robust service than Amazon Music, the service with more than 2 million songs Prime members get free access to, and the ad-supported music that buyers of Alexa devices can access.)Īmazon recently launched Amazon Music HD with high definition (HD) tracks of CD quality, and Ultra HD tracks that can surpass CD quality. The service, which has more than 50 million songs you can listen to, typically costs $7.99 monthly for Amazon Prime members and $9.99 for non-members. New customers can get four months of Amazon Music Unlimited for 99 cents. Spotify recently announced that subscribers can listen to the service on more devices including Amazon Echo speakers and Amazon Fire TV devices, Sonos Move speakers, and Bose smart speakers.

As with Tidal and most music subscriptions, Spotify Premium lets you download music to listen to in offline mode, when you are on the go – a feature not found on its free tier.
